1 lb ground beef
½ cup bbq sauce
¼ cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp brown sugar
cheddar cheese, shredded
Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
In large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain. Stir in onion, bbq sauce and brown sugar. Cook over menium heat until hot and bubbly. Evenly divide beef mixture into unbaked mini tart shells.
Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. If desired, sprinkle with shredded sheddar cheese 5 minutes before done.
½ cup margarine
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup flour
Let margarine and cream cheese soften to room temperature. Mix together. Add flour and mix to form soft dough. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
Form the dough into 30 walnut-sized balls. Place each ball of dough in a mini-tart cup. Dip the mini-tart shaper in flour, then press into the dough to shape perfect tarts.
Pierce the shells with a fork and bake empty shells at 450F for 10 - 12 minutes, or fill unbaked tart shells with filling you desire and bake as directed.
