Sausage Egg Burgers

3/4 pound pork sausage
2 tbls sausage drippings
2 tbls minced green oinion
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 buns Paprika

Form sausage into four patties and fry thoroughly. Remove 2 tablespoons of sausage drippings and put into another skillet. Add green pepper and minced green onion; cook until tender. Blend eggs with salt, and pepper and add to green pepper/onion mixture. Cook eggs until moist, but set. Place sausage patty on one half of bun, place scrambled eggs on other half of bun. Granish with paprika.
