2 pounds unpeeled Missouri Apples, cored
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup (half of a small can) undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 Tablespoons rum or bourbon
1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
Don't peel the apples (that's the secret!). Grate the apples with the food processor and mix with everything else. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and top with another layer of pastry. Bake 30 - 45 minutes at 350 °. Chill before serving.
