Ulead's Photo Impact is another wonderful graphics program. I had not used it for some time until recently. To get up to speed with the latest version I joined a fantastic Group called PIRC this is a great place for the beginner to start learning all about PhotoImpact. You will need to join Yahoo and apply to become a member of this Group, then you'll have a list of lessons/projects which will increase your knowledge of the program. Another great thing about this group is you will be assigned a Mentor who will assist you every step of the way.
